What services do you offer? How is your training different from others?

We provide online AI training sessions, Project Manager 1 to 1 coaching(coming soon) and digital products tailored for everyone. All the trainings are conducted live through Zoom/ Teams call with a qualified trainer (not pre-recorded clips). We believe this is a much faster and pragmatic way to learn AI skills.

How can I book a session? What is the maximum number of participants per session?

You can book a session through our courses/services page using the provided booking forms, and select the preferred training schedule. To provide an intimate interaction with the trainer, the maximum number of participants will be kept to 20 per session

What payment methods are accepted? Do you offer group discount ?

We accept PayPal, credit cards, and other secure payment methods for your convenience. Yes, there'll be 10% discount per participant ( for 5-9 participants group signup ), and 15% discount per participant(for 10-20 participants) group signup

Do you offer a certification of completion?

Yes, we provide certifications upon successful completion of our full day Generative AI courses. A course material/toolkit will be provided as part of the training as well.

Are the courses conducted virtually only? what tools do you need to attend the training?

EternalWiseAI offers the training to global customers in English language, initially in the Asia Pacific timezone(UTC+08:00), and move across to other locations in Europe later

Where are your participants located?

Yes, all courses are conducted virtually only. Participants must ensure they have a stable wifi connection, access to a laptop or mobile device eg. Ipad ;and ; a logon account to any of the Gen AI Tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude etc.

Who is the trainer? What professional qualifications does he/she held?

The trainer(Brian) is a Certified GSDC Generative AI Professional and armed with many years of corporate experiences in project management, data & AI, and had in his years of experience provided training and coaching to corporate customers. Brian has also gained Instructional design certification via Linkedin Learning, and have enrolled in the ACLP2(Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance 2.0) course.
